Human Rights Policy

The focus on consistent compliance with, and promotion of international agreements and standards around human rights are  fundamental part of operations. As an employer the rights of the employees are central in decision-making. JR Shipping Group is convinced that active effort to guarantee employees rights will positively benefit employee happiness, while also benefiting operations. We do that by creating a working environment where there is no place for distinction or discrimination and where equal opportunities exist for all.
