For our offshore service vessels we are looking for candidates for the position of maritime officer (maroff).

As a maritime officer you have an all-round job on board our CTV’s. You take care of navigational watch duties and assist the captain with maneuvering the vessel. You are responsible for maintenance of all technical installations and equipment and main engines. You also assist on deck and with the transfer of passengers. All in all: an all-round position for a real maritime officer who enjoys both the technical and nautical aspects of the job.

As a maroff of SeaZip Offshore Service we expect you to:

  • A certificate of competence for maritime officer (chief mate and 2ENG < 3000 kW)
  • Experience as navigational watch officer and as engineer
  • You are used to and willing to work according strict charterer and company ISM procedures
  • A friendly and service minded attitude due to the fact you carry passengers on board
  • ‘Safety first’ is your priority and you know how to upkeep this in a busy and challenging environment
