CTV Seazip 4 is a swift and manoeuvrable offshore service vessel of the Damen Fast Crew Supplier 2610 type. Since 2015, the vessel has been operated within the JR Shipping/SeaZip fleet. The SeaZip 4 was primarily designed for the transport of crew to offshore wind turbine locations and gas and oil platforms, but she is also suitable for transporting light freight, conducting hydrographic research and providing support in case of diving activities.
This aluminium catamaran is 26.30 metres long and fitted with a twin axe bow, according to the patented ‘Twin Axe concept’. SeaZip 4 can accommodate 12 passengers. Distinguishing qualities: high comfort level, even in robust conditions on the open sea; high speed, a high level of fuel efficiency and maximum reliability in the event of strenuous services. The vessel operates under class (Germanischer Lloyd).
