For our offshore service vessels we are looking for candidates for the position of Master CTV.

As Master you represent SeaZip and you are responsible for day to day operations on board with regard to ship, maintenance, quality management (ISM), purchasing, crew and passengers. The performance of the crew is the key to a successful performance to our charterers.

Job requirements Master CTV (UK/EU):

  • Masters CoC no limitations
  • Marcom A
  • STCW certificates; Basic Safety Training, Advanced Fire Fighting, Proficiency in Survival Crafts and Rescue Boats
  • Maritime inspection
  • STCW Medical First Aid, Medical Care
  • Sailor’s book
  • Driver’s license (preferred)
  • Experience with offshore wind
  • Experience with manoeuvring preferably Damen FCS 2610/ 2710 or experience with twin waterjet propulsion.

Minimum requirements Master CTV (UK)

  • STCW II/2 less than 200 GT for working from the UK coast
  • STCW II/2 less than 500 GT for working on the continent
  • Holding a UK Flag state endorsement.

Minimum requirements Master CTV (EU)

  • TCW II/2 less than 500 GT
  • Holding a UK Flag state endorsement

Personal skills:

  • Good communication skills
  • Proactive
  • Command of the English language

Job description:

  • Navigation activities with the ship; transport of personnel or cargo
  • Accompanies sailors in the execution of Activities
  • Maintaining the safety and quality management system of JR Shipping
  • Maintaining contact with the customer and shipping company
